Jeeves And Flipkart - Denying repair replacement against 3 years Full TV Protection Plan

This is regarding the * year Complete Protection Plan for TV which I purchased from Flipkart on October **** . Now , my TV screen has no display issue from **/**/**** onwards . Registered a claim on Jeeves. Technician visited the next day , inspected the TV and verified the issue. Now , today I got a call from Jeeves offering me a refund of only Rs. ***** , which is just **% of the original price of my TV which in no way is justified and violating their policy of repair/replacement . As panel replacement is costly , they are avoiding it and offering half refund. This is totally cheating and fraud .
