Complete Laptop Protection Plan purchased from Jeeves.
For the past three months, I have been consistently raising a claim for my laptop issue through your official website. However, every single time, the claim is cancelled without any communication, explanation, inspection, or attempt to contact me. This pattern has continued despite multiple submissions.
