Bought a typec adapter from Everycom via Amazon. In.
Price was *** + ** for shipping, which totals ***.
The product was covered by warranty. It stopped working and I contacted the seller who asked me to ship the product back for a replacement.
I paid *** and sent it back to them, they received it and confirmed that they would send the replacement to me.
I later get a call saying that it was damaged so they couldn't replace it. I had a photo (which the seller asked me to take and send them) as proof that the product was not damaged. When I told them that I had sent a photo of the product as proof that it was intact, they said it's internal damage and can not be seen from outside.
I asked them to send it back to me because now they had my money and the product. They then asked me to pay half the price of a new one for them to be able to give me a replacement.
Amazon is not replying to my emails and I'm stuck dealing with a fraudulent seller who is extorting money to offer warranty which I've already paid for!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
