Shopclues com online shopping app - Dragging for Refund without response

Ordered mobile phone for amount of rs.**** on Apr'** **** and cancelled on same day due to quality concerns. It was mentioned the refund amount will reflect in account by May'*. Already it is very long time normally taken to refund process but not get the amount back or any explanation from shopclues.com for the delay. Atleast they should communicate the delay reason but they don't have any concern on customer. After seeing this I raised support ticket #******** May * but they not even try to consider the query and come with response on ** May after ** days that even saying "You can expect the next update from us by ** May ****". But not even a update on their promised update. God knows when they will procces the refund while getting their next update this much hard. What kind of audacity is this? Really frustrating
