I purchased a phone from *gud website (realme *pro)this phone have * months warranty after * months usage this phones display started flikering i contacted *gud customercare and they given their service center number i contacted the service center and they picked up phone through courier service few days later service center people contacted me and told that your phones display damaged from inside so your phone donot service under warranty
The warranty exemption is only for physical damages and water damages in my case there is no physical damages so iam eligible for warranty
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
