I have suffered a lot of mental stress and this is so so mentally draining for me. We had visited the Pepperfry wakad showroom and the person who assisted us, pitched us to place an order for a wardrobe that was too large, instead of we told him the approximate size of the place where we wanted to fit that wardrobe. He mislead us and hurried us up to place the order from the store. Order was placed in the first week of November and till date I am crying for this grievance. Custom support didn’t give us any resolution. The Pepperfry store assistant said that we can’t do anything because of IPO thing going on in the company no consumer complaints are being taken up. All I want is a refund to my account or my Pepperfry wallet, whatever is possible.
