Sir, I purchased a wall clock flipkart on *.*.**** and received the same on *.*.****. When the package was opened I found the product different from what I ordered. Since *.*.**** I have been complaining to flipkart about the product and requesting for a pickup but this has not happened and getting a lot of excuses from the company.
Please instruct them to initiate the pickup and refund the amount to my bank account.
