I had planned a international trip through makemytrip for this Aug-**, but unfortunate medical crisis has occurred, where Iam diagnosed with spine cancer and obviously not allowed to travel as the treatment is on. On human / medical grounds I have asked for my initial amount to be refunded as every penny counts for my treatment. I have submitted all my medical reports to Priti Gupta | Senior Relationship Officer- Holiday Expert Team (**** *******) Ref. ID: NL************|Medical Cancellation. What I get is *****/- out of *****/-. This is ridiculous and in-human. A genuine case like this should be treated with some respect . I need someone to take this up.
