Dear Etihad Airways Customer Service,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent incident with my flight booking. My booking reference is [LTNNKX ], and I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled.
On [** AUGUST ****], I received notification that my flight from SVO to MSQ was canceled without any prior notice or my consent. To my shock, a new ticket had been issued in place of the canceled one, and I had no knowledge of or involvement in this decision.
In my effort to seek clarification and a solution, I immediately contacted Etihad Airways customer service via phone. I spent over an hour on hold, only to be greeted by endless Etihad music. This experience was not only frustrating but also incredibly unprofessional, given the urgency of my situation.
The cancellation of my booking and the subsequent lack of alternative route options from Etihad Airways have caused me significant stress and inconvenience. As a loyal customer, I expected a much higher level of service and responsibility from Etihad Airways. This incident has left me questioning the airline's commitment to its customers and its reputation.
I kindly request the following:
*. Compensation: I believe I am entitled to compensation and upgradation for the inconvenience, stress, and time wasted due to this issue.
*. Resolution: I urgently need a suitable alternative route to reach my destination as originally planned. Please provide me with options at your earliest convenience. I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT A VISA FOR MOSCOW * SEPT. AND IT'S ONLY FOR A DAY.
*. Explanation: I require a detailed explanation as to why my flight was canceled without my consent or prior notice.
*. Assurance: I seek assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future to maintain the trust and confidence of Etihad Airways customers.
I trust that consumer court will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I am still hopeful that this issue can be resolved to my satisfaction as soon as possible.

As per Etihad right to compensation I'f passenger is involuntary denied boarding or flight is cancel them passenger is entitled to recieve following ammount:
* €uro ***( ₹****) in respect of all flights of *,***km or less
The section of my flight SVO (Moscow) to msq ( minsk) comes under this category
I'm entitled to get the compensation.
