MY BOOKING REFERENCE NO: W**G*Q WE HAD BOOKED A BUSINESS CLASS AND STILL ENCOUNTERED A PATHETIC SERVICES;
*. THE ONBOARD SERVICE DID NOT HAVE VEGETARIAN FOOD AND BOTH MY PARENTS AGED ** AND ** HAD TO DUE SURVIVE ONLY ON FRUITS.
*. SECONDLY, THE MOST UN-ORGANISED ACT, WHICH WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM ETIHAD WAS MISPLACEMENT OF * LUGGAGE AT THE ABU DHABI AIRPORT, AND TO THE DELAYED BAGGAGE, WE HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN * HOURS AT AIRPORT, DUE TO WHICH WE MISSED OUR TRAIN TO EDINBURG FOR * PEOPLE.
I EXPECT THE ETIHAD AIRWAYS TO AT LEAST COMPENSATE THE * TRAIN FARE OF *** GBP. I CAN SHARE THE CANCELLED TICKETS AND THE NEW TRAIN WE BOOKED.
