My booking ref is FSNTOQ, booked in Etihad airways from Yatra. When airlines got cancelled due to covid **, airlines are denying to give me refund and just want to change ravel date instead.Due to this i was unable to board the present ongoing airlines.As i am a student i cant afford another airlines leaving this ticket as credit.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
