I have cancelled ticket on **th July and as per your refund policy I was wait for ** days. Again trying to contact your customer care service they took *days to collect information about my case and said your refund intiated now(**th sept) and it will reflect within ** buisness days. After completion of this time frame what I heard is I need to wait for another few weeks.
Booking reference number is YZEHTU.
