I booked a ticket on **th May for Kerala express fur unfortunately it got on waiting list so I cancelled the ticket and the money got credited on Confirmtkt wallet. I requested refund and it said that they'll refund it till **th may but now the wallet is empty and no money has been credited to my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
