Confirmtkt - Refund not fully credited after ticket cancellation ConfirmTkt

I booked a train ticket through the ConfirmTkt app with PNR number ********** and later cancelled the ticket.
The refund amount shown in the app is ₹***. However, I have received only partial amounts so far. ₹*** has been credited to my UPI account and ₹** has been credited to my ConfirmTkt wallet.
The remaining refund amount has not been credited yet. I have already raised a complaint with ConfirmTkt (Complaint No: ********) but the issue is still not resolved.
I request ConfirmTkt to check the refund status and credit the remaining refund amount as soon as possible.
