Confirmtkt - complaint regarding failed ticket booking amount debited but refund not received

I am writing to report a failed ticket booking where My bank account was debited but ticket booking not completed.
On **/oct/****, at **:**:**
I attempted to book a ticket on Confirmtkt APP for AC Third Class Ticket for an amount of ****. The transaction was successful from my bank side, and the amount of **** was debited from my account. However, the ticket was not booked, and I didn't receive booking Confirmation or a PNR number
The detail of transaction are as follows
Date of transaction : **/oct/****
Amount : ****
Transaction reference no : ************
Mobile number : **********
I have attached a screenshot of the debited entry from my Phonepe account statement and failed transaction page from the Confirmtkt APP.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and ensure the debited amount is refunded to my account at the earliest
