Confirmtkt - Fraud by Confirm Ticket

Initially I had booked two train tickets through confirm ticket application. They had provided travel guarantee option for an extra charge of Rs. ***/- per ticket and promised to give * times of ticket fare as refund, i.e., * time towards original payment and the other *x refund as coupon if the tickets were not booked. The trains tickets were not confirmed but they only provided **** as coupon amount instead of ****. This is actually a part of exploiting the customers by showing fake refunds by charging them at a very high extra cost but not providing the promised refund.
