Bewakoof - Wallet credit deducted

I ordered on tshirt from the bewakoof.com
Paid half *** from wallet balance and half from my net banking.
But the transaction was failed from bank side and order got failed.
Now my wallet amount is deducted and not got refunded back.if I asked customer care they say it got expired but how can it be If I ordered from it.
