I have ordered Huawei Portable WiFi Dongle Data Card (E****-***) and Cuzor UPS for Wi-Fi Routers **V *A on ** Sept ****.
Delivery was fast, but I received * Cuzor UPS, missing was Huawei Portable WiFi Dongle Data Card. It could be a genuine issue, so I had sent an email to the customer support, adding image of * UPS instead of *. They initiated a reverse pickup with tracing ID ************ from DotZot courier. I returned the product but haven't received any updates regarding it nor I have received my product( Huawei Portable WiFi Dongle Data Card). I have also contacted the customer care multiple times but no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
