Prabakaran filed complaint against PayTM on Aug 1, 2019
Since they forced me to do the KYC, they migrated my new account (which I have used to purchase) to my old account ( I was not using my old account). I have clearly mentioned that my all vouchers and money in wallet must be migrate to my old account. They are also agreed and migrated only money not vouchers. When I asked they said not possible. I have raised my concern but they are not ready to resolve. After some conversations, they sent all my vouchers details to my mobile via notifications. When the account is deleted, how did they took all the vouchers and sent to me?. Still my vouchers are active till August * but not able to use. I want my bout back or cash back to my account.
