Paytm - Voucher not working

I received a voucher that says it can be used ** times, and upon each redemption of the coupon I’ll hey ***rs off on movie tickets. I used it the first time worked fine. Next time I use it, it still shows that I have used it one out of the ** times, but when I go to apply it, it won’t apply. It says that it can only be used once a month. The voucher is valid only for * months so it doesn’t make sense. I talk to customer support, first their reply is very late, then they say that it can be only used * times. It makes no sense, it still shows I can use it ** times. I show them screenshots, they disable sending images on customer support, except for the first time. Then they tell me to check the terms and conditions, which I did. There is nothing written regarding the same. I tell them that, they send me some link with some terms and conditions. But I can’t see the same terms in the voucher page of Paytm. And they just don’t listen to me. I dint magically get this voucher. I got it after making a payment of *****rs using Paytm. So I really feel defrauded now.
