Voltas 1 5 ton 5 star split ac - Voltas AC water leaking problem not resolved

In feb'**, i purchased the AC. In october as bengaluru received good rain, i noticed water leaking from the indoor unit which i right above my bed. I raised complaint on **th october(compalaint#***********). The engineer visited and did a wrapping around the piping against which i was charged. I waited for next rain and this did not resolve the issue. Again raised another complaint ***********. The engineer visited *-* times and changed a major part of my indoor unit suspecting it faulty. In next rain, the issue still appeared. On november *th, i raised another complaint ***********. The local service area manager Santosh K(mobile number **********), promised me a new indoor unit within a week. Today i am filing the complaint and date is *th december and he is neither picking up the call nor i received the new indoor unit. Also the same engineer emptied the gas contained in the AC. The AC is not cooling at all now. The request got cancelled as well. I raised another complaint and requested some other agency with good expertise to fix the issue(complaint # ***********. This engineer also could not provide solution and said he will keep this ticket open until the old agency provide the new indoor unit and his agency manager asks him to visit.

Its in limbo now. The last ticket is open. No one gives any timeline. No call back from service center.
There is a lot of mental agony i went through. I need the issue to be resolved soon and i demand compensation.
