Voltas 1 5 ton 5 star split ac - Defective Voltas 1 5 Ton Split AC No Resolution Despite Multiple Complaints

Complaint Details:

I purchased a Voltas *.* Ton Split AC on **th May **** from Flipkart (Order ID: [Order ID here]). Within just two months of purchase, the AC became completely non-functional (dead unit).

Since then, I have raised multiple complaints with Voltas service, but the issue has not been resolved. The service centre advised me to check voltage and wiring, which I did with a certified electrician. Everything is fine, confirming the fault lies in the AC unit itself.

Despite this, Voltas has been unable to diagnose or fix the problem. The complaint was even closed earlier without resolution by their service partner (Kishika Solutions). In the meantime, the situation has worsened:

The AC does not turn on after being switched off from the mains

The remote has stopped working

The display is malfunctioning


This is a brand-new AC, used for less than * hours per day, yet it has been lying useless for the last * months. Instead of providing a proper resolution, Voltas has only sent engineers for inspections with no outcome.

Relief Sought:
