Voltas 1 5 ton 5 star split ac - Received used equipment instead of new

I purchased voltas *.* Tons * star split AC from Jayam and Co. Chennai and when the product was opened for installation by voltas technician it was noted that the indoor unit was used earlier as there was clear evidence of insulation tape and minor damages. So I promptly reported to the supplier Jayam and co who informed me that it was Voltas issue and asked me to contact their representatives. When I contacted them they initially did not accept it was their fault but when i showed evidence they agreed to replace the AC. After * days they sent another AC and when I inspected the package it was tampered as the labels were removed and it was repacked. WHen I informed them they said it was new and their service department opened and inspected them. I said that it was not acceptable and refused to accept the item and returned back without opening. When I insisted to get a fresh equipment their representative Mr.Tamilarasan said that they will not be able to give any replacement other than the one that was sent. Now I have requested Jayam and Co to refund my money after going through the ordeal.
