I Purchased a Voltas AC from Vijay Sales on **th jan ****. Soon after installation, the AC started making a loud noise. A technician visited and replaced a part, but the same issue has occurred again. I raised another complaint, but there has been no response from Voltas or Vijay Sales for over a week. This repeated issue shows the product is defective. I am frustrated with the poor after-sales service. I don't want repeated repairs for the same fault. I am requesting a complete refund for this defective product and expect prompt action from the company.
