gourav filed complaint against Vodafone India on Oct 21, 2018
Vodafone wrongly charged me twice, first month they give **** bill by saying **** Rs one time charged without informing me , now after complaint they refunded the amount in name of technical mistake. Now again this month give **** RS bill in name of internet usage and noIroaming pack , I am outside the country from past * year and i have *** Rs iroaming pack auto activated every month, but this time they have deactivated and also I nver used my sim for internet as I never on my roaming in Iphone but still showing for these charges , while email told team to check the technical capability of vodafone look like these guys only checking the bill not in depth which create so many issue's and user got huge bill for just keeping number safe but not using the service.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
