Suresh Kumar Majhi filed complaint against Vodafone India on Apr 17, 2017
Vodafone activated * services without asking me anything & deducted the amount from my account. After making complain over twitter they deactivated those services & credit back the amount in my account. But, when I asked how those services activated without my consent, they are telling "MAY BE" I might've clicked on some popup on mobile & that's why those services had activated. But, I know... I've not clicked on any such popup.
Again when I asked them to show me the proof, on basis of which they are blaming... it's me clicked on some popup that's why all those things happen? They are telling they don't have any such things.
I know it's their fault. Telecom Operators used such kind of tricks to cheat peoples. Because not everyone aware of such things & doesn't make any complaint.
But, now even if they've disabled those services from my account & credited back the amount to my account. I want what to know what exactly the cause because of which all these things happened & If the problem was from Vodafone side I want one apology letter from Vodafone India.
