I have ordered the product Vivo T* *g during the sale on **nd Sep being a plus member on exchange. After confirmation the product was supposed to get delivered on **rd September **, but since then it has arrived at the Flipkart facility centre- Ballabgarh (Faridabad) in Haryana on **rd Sep, no one is bothered to deliver it to my shipping address in Faridabad. Its actual scheduled delivery date was on **rd Sep, then it was revised to **th Sep, then it was revised to **th Sep, but still as on today it has not been delivered.
Now, I want my complete product refund or delivery by today on **th Sep along with compensation of Rs ****/-, as I am going to purchase this phone from an offline market which is at a higher price.
Worst is that other users in my area are getting products delivered from flipkart everyday. I feel it's a complete case of misleading & cheating with the customer.
For the same almost **-** times I have lodged & spoken to your executives, supervisors on the current status but no resolution has been done in the same context.
