I have booked the Villa in Goa on * th Oct and done the full payment to makemytrip.But the owner of the Villa has not confurmed the booking.Since then i am calling and speaking with makemytrip executives and daily they are promising to getting it confirmed and now they are not even responding to the calls.Since Nov if the peak season to goa we had booked the villa well in advance.Now even the prices have gone high and we cannot cancel and book a new villa.Please help
