Via.com - VIA COM REFUND NOT PROCESSED FRAUD

I have booked a flight using via.com for June **th **** but then the flight got cancelled by the airlines. On contacting the airlines, they told me that the refund has been processed from their side, and I need to contact the travel agency to get the refund. It has been more than * months since I have been mailing and calling Via.com support but gets no answer. There is nothing like customer support from Via.com.
