Me and family had planned a journey from bhopal to mumbai. In between bus got punctured and all the passengers were supposed to get out of the bus. The bus operators didn't do any back up and they left, leaving all passengers on road and we diddnt get any refund also. I had spend Rs. ***** on tickets. I need a solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
