I booked bus service from Kadiri (A.P) to Bangalore in abhibus bus partner Indu-travels on Saturday ** Apr **** with boarding time **:**. However the Bus never came to the Location which I chose and I had to wait for whole night to take another bus APSRTC on the following day. I tried to contact Abhibus but they denied my refund stating bus was active on that day.
My case ID in Abhibus was Case ID **********. Attaching both Abhibus ticket and APSRTC ticket. I lost my hope about the refund but my friend suggested me Voxya. Will await for further update.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
