Abhibus - Unsafe and Unhygienic Buses

I am filing this complaint regarding an unsafe and unhygienic bus listed on the AbhiBus platform. I booked tickets from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad, and the bus conditions were unacceptable. The bed sheets were stained and caused itching on contact, and the upper sleeper had no stopper, which created a serious safety risk.

We were two women travelling and got down immediately for our safety. When we tried to cancel, the app showed no refund. We were in a rush to exit the bus, so taking photos was not possible. It is the platform’s responsibility to ensure the buses they list meet basic hygiene and safety standards, especially under the “AbhiBus Assured” tag.

Despite the seriousness of the issue, support responded after days and offered only a ** percent refund, which is not appropriate given the experience.

I am requesting a full refund and a proper review of the travel operator for failing to meet passenger safety and hygiene requirements.
