I have booked a bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad on **th April **** nd the timings was *:** pm
Without calling me and picking up me the bus crossed the boarding point
I tried to reach the bus driver and they didn't provide bus driver number
Instead of that system generated call was answered to my call.
Literally I waited for half an hour
I didn't get a call from their side
They are cheating
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
