I placed an order online (Order Number ***************** M) on Jio Mart (Jiomart.com) through my mobile No. ********** for Amrutem Chakki Fresh Wheat Atta ** Kg on **.**.****. Company delivered the packed item on **.**.****. On unpaking the item, it was found that there were insects in the Atta and item was not consumeable/usable. I regisreted/lodged a complaint on Jio Mart on **.**.**** with images of the item as support. Representative of company's Custumer Services had assured me that your complaint would be resolved by **.**.****. Again I contacted them then they replied that thir team is working on cmplaint and it would be resolved by **.**.****. A very poor quality item had delivered that may be dangerous for health. It is my prayer that a suitable order may be issued against Jio Mart so that they wouldn't cheat innocent consumers. In addition to above, company may be ordered to refund my already paid amount with compassasion.
