Sagar A filed complaint against Agarwal packers and Movers DRS Group on Apr 29, 2022
I had used Agarwal packers and movers (DRS Group bade bhaiya) for moving my home from Bangalore to Pune between March *th to **th. They moved the stuff in planned time but during transportation they damaged my SOFA upto **% and with cracks all over. The damage done by them is very bad as there are huge cracks all over the sofa with dents and one can see through the cracks such are the cracks.
I had got it insured and quoted its price as ***** in the packing list of agarwal packers and movers. On asking for a compensation of the SOFA, they are only offering me **** rupees as insurance claim.
This settlement amount of **** rupees too was agreed by them only after a month of follow ups, contacting several people within Bade Bhaiya. It has been nothing but stressful and disappointing the way I was being drained emotionally and mentally.
All that I hope for, is a just settlement of claims and better amount for the damages caused to my SOFA.
