Agarwal packers and Movers DRS Group - Claim amount is not settled by Agarwal Packers Movers DRS Group Bade Bhaiya

I am extremely dissatisfied with their service as i had booked shifting of my household goods total ** no. packages from Pune to Ropar (Punjab) on **/**/**** through GC no. ******* & as per committment given by their pune dapodi branch office, all my items was to be delivered within next *-** days at Ropar (Punjab) near Chandigarh. I had paid rs. *****/- to them including Rs. **** for insurance of household goods value Rs. ******/- before household items pick up from my pune home on * march ****. But to my surprise, items were not delivered till ** March **** at ropar when i started following up with them regarding delivery i got to know from their gurgaon branch office that pune branch sent my shipment to indore & unloaded all my household goods at their indore branch without any reason & shipment was never received at their gurgaon branch. After lot of follow up with their operation head, customer care, gurgaon branch, pune branch, indore branch over calls, emails finally they wake up & they sent items to gurgaon & from gurgaon to chandigarh & delivered partial items ** no. packages on **/**/**** out of total ** no. packages through their Chandigarh branch for GC No. ******* in which Fridge, Almirah, Sewing machine stand, sewing machine table, Kitchen carton box, Bike double stand are very badly damaged due to mishandling by their team in transit

Further I have received delivery of * no. packages which contains * no. LG new washing machine fully automatic, * no. Big Air cooler, * no. new Clothes big Bag, * no. double bed boxes today **/**/**** in which LG Washing machine is fully damaged & air cooler is damaged due to mishandling by their team in transit

I have already informed about all Damaged items to their godown incharge Chandigarh branch & shared damaged items photographs with him over WhatsApp for claim as well as lodged complaint over email to their claim department, operation head, director, Chandigarh office, Pune office etc.

As per packing list, following items are damaged very badly & claim need to be settled as per value mentioned below

I have clearly mentioned all these details & remarks while signing receiving copy (POD) given to their delivery team. But till date they never bothered to reply even after multiple follow up with their head office, chandigarh office for claim settlement

Just today ** April ****, someone from their delhi claim office is offering me just Rs. **** through WhatsApp message as compensation against my loss of Rs. *****/- which is not at all acceptable & justified for my loss. Please help me out & i need full compensation for my loss from this company who caused me huge inconvenience, harassed me mentally & financially till date
