Agarwal packers and Movers DRS Group - ORIGINAL BILL COPY NOT RECIEVED

It is now almost more than ** days but till now i have not received my original bill from Bhubaneswar office. As per them they told me that they will courier the bill but till now I have not received Courier POD details. Service from Ashutosh Upadhyay M No:**********,********** and Pramod ********** is pathetic. Both are from Bhubaneswar office. Till now i don't know my bills are couriered or not and this is more than ** days. Do we need ** days time to courier one bill. both are so rude that never respond to call and some time if they will pick up the call they just pass the question. I don't know why company has appointed such a ideate employees who do not respond to customer query on time.
