Agarwal packers and Movers DRS Group - Household items broken during shifting by agarwalpackers in which he is not responding to

I had shifted my household items and car from ahmedabad to kolkata through agarwalpackers.in on date **-jun-**** throgh GC# ******* and *******. First the agarwalpackers was assured the shifting by **th july **** and then keep on changing their date. Finaly the items were recieved on **-jul-**** thus it took ** days to shift my household against promise date of **-**days only and i along with my family had to suffer and expand much of my money staying in hotels for such long time due to agarwalpackers.in. I expansed almost **k for extended stay and I also paid for the house rent during those period.
Somehow, the household items were recieved on **-jul-****.
When checked the recieved items, following itens were found damaged
*)For household items, the aquaguard revivo ** Ro water purifier(cannot be repaired and hence will need to purchase new costing *****), Hero maesto edge scooty headlight visor (costing ****) and flower vase was found broken(costing ***), Which i have immediately raised the issue to agarwalpackers.in through phone as well as email.
*) For car, the knob of gate is broken costing *** with fitting charges. For this also i was raised my concern for claim on mail.
Today after ** days, noone has responded to it and i am suffering for these damaged items.
I need agarwalpackers.in to properly settle tge claims against my damaged items, expenditure for extended stays at kolkata and also for the sufferings.
