my booking id is MNRQ****. the hotel i am talking about is hotel apple pie in sector **. i have a list of problems that i noticed which made my stay utterly uncomfortable and ruined the experience.
First of all i called oyo * times and couldnt get a response. kudos to great reaction team. second of all the wifi, the rustic taps, a non working flush and jet in toilet and pathetic condition of room made it difficult to stay as i already had paid. third important issue i have stayed in oyos couple of times and i have never encountered that an oyo does not let outside food in and force us to eat the food made in there kitchen its ** pm and i ordered a pasta which in no way could be considered edible by any standards. i had to return the order and have to go to sleep empty stomach as they wont allow me to order food through zomato etc. Which wasn't a condition when i booked the oyo from the app. The * days stay became a torture for us and had a psychological cost attached to it. i hope you take cognisance of the problem and could improve the service. i hereby demand that i would be compensated for the poor experience and you guys would take appropriate action against the authorities of the property.
