Paramesh filed complaint against Bajaj Chetak Electric on Aug 4, 2025
The purpose of this complaint is to express dissatisfaction and lodge a formal grievance regarding the significant delay in the delivery of a Chetak Electric Scooter. The booking was made on **-**-**** with Booking ID: **************. The promised delivery date was **-**-****, which was missed due to some faulty motor and these people delivering the vehicle without any checks and delivering the vehicle with the faulty one.
Despite attempts to contact Bajaj Chetak showroom (Magarpatta) & Sai service pvt ltd (Wakadewadi). via calling these two person names:- Sukanya Haldankar & Vaibhav Nikam every day, a satisfactory response or a firm commitment on a revised delivery date has not been received. This lack of transparency and communication is concerning. Strict action has to be taken as the payment is received to the company and there is no response they don't even bother.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
