Bajaj Chetak Electric - Issues not solved

Dear Bajaj Automobile,
I purchased chetak EV model-**** on the month of June ****, after ** days Scooter stopped working. I visited nearest showroom but they Could not repair the scooter, till now ** days passed but still scooty could not repair yet. Is this kind of service will we get from the top most trust-worthy Bajaj Automobile???
No one is responding. My Scooter is now in shreyansh automobile Dumka(pin code- ******), which is **km from away from my house, Daily I am going and they are not able to fix the problem.
totally frustrating and disappointed by the service of Bajaj Automobile, now please tell me how much time will it take to fix the scoote????
