Bajaj Chetak Electric - Battery issue

Bajaj chetak Electric's battery has been dead on **th of Jun'**. The same has been informed to their showroom (Auto Movers / *****C) on the same day, but they are not giving proper response and not giving priority to my complaint.
It is very urgent to receive the battery within a week but the same is not yet received, whereas the school exams of my daughter are going on and the scooty had been purchased for her school purpose.
Kindly look into the issue on priority.
