Raghav filed complaint against Airtel on Nov 29, 2018
My Airtel SIM was valid up to year ****, all of a sudden it was reduced to year **** without giving any information. Neither cal nor sms received regarding it. When call is made to customer care service the answer was that the abovementioned is as per company norms and it's mandatory to get recharge every month. Who is company to decide when I should get recharge? Customer should be given freedom and services should continue if SIM is having sufficient balance.
