Ordered brand new oneplus * from amazon, received faulty phone called customer care, agent took over the control of the phone and checked and raised for replacement request...received new package with the used phone asking for deleting the previous data
Called customer care logged complained lady told she will give a call back and never received call back
Called back again wasted one hour of time with zero resolution... asked for the transfer of call and the person so rude randomly disconnected the call
Waste of time
Waste of money
Such a fraud company
Everytime sends wrong products
