Myntra - used product delivered and return not being processed

Ordered a pair of kids shoes from Myntra, Recieved them on **th septemebr and made an unboxing video.

Same was tried and due to size issue a return request was placed on **th Sep, pickup person denied to process return stating it is used, raised a complain on customer care, no information provided and case closed, called myntra to understand why they closed case, but executive kept saying for ** minutes that details are not loading, and finally he cut the call.

Send an email to customer grivence team and no response.
