i have ordered Lenovo Yoga *** Laptop on **th November **** via PAYTM. They delivered defective product. After requesting return first they accepted then rejected by Courier company. Courier company give reason that imei number given by paytm is not Similar to Product. Then I mailed to PAYTM Customer Care about this issue.They made another pickup request but was again rejected by Company. After * month still they are saying that we are working on this issue but still not solved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
