Jiomart - Used package deliverd after 12 days

Last month I order some products from jiomart . On ** January I get a call for delivery, as I was not at home I asked the deliveryman to cancel the order. He denied canceling the order as I had already paid for the product. So, he takes OTP from me and marked delivered. I called customer care * times but did not get any solution. At last, on * February I called the delivery agent and he told me that my order was in their office and he will give it to me by the next day that means from jiomart end they did not even try to contact them about the issue. On **/**/**** deliveryman delivered the order and I found that there are some parts missing and it was used by someone, moreover, he give the product in a different packet which didn't mention any of my information or jiomart logo.
What was my fault in this case??? I called three times but did not get any proper response moreover I get a used product with a missing item!
