Dear sir ,
I had ordered a laptop on Paytm - order number **********.
I received a second hand laptop. ( poor Experience )
The seller agreed to replace after I placed the return request. Replacement order - **********
Its been ** days since I have raised a return request but i am getting only the copy paste reply from customer service ( Pathetic experience) .
Getting frustrated I have raised my concern at many possible platforms. Everywhere they ask me to share the order number and pictures and never to respond after that.
If this is the case with Paytm , they should never offer this kind of services.
Paytm should learn that someone's hard earned money , someone's liquidity damages, someone's trust in the system comes into picture when they give this kind of experience.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
