Snigdha Bose filed complaint against Make my trip on Oct 3, 2025
I had booked a flight on **th July with PNR E**KMS, from Kolkata to Bangalore on **th October, under the student discount option, with the ‘Change Date’ facility. However, for the past week, I have been unable to change my travel date as the MMT website continuously shows a “technical problem” message. I contacted the helpline yesterday, where I was redirected to Indigo Airlines. After speaking with Indigo, I was informed that the issue lies with the MMT system, and the airline cannot assist me.
This back-and-forth has caused significant inconvenience and cancellation would result in a very low refund.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
