I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue I am facing with my Realme X* Pro, which has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
Recently, my device's screen started displaying a prominent Green Line vertically across the display. Concerned, I promptly visited the nearest Realme service center, hoping to resolve this issue under warranty. However, to my dismay, I was informed that my device was ineligible for repair under warranty due to alleged liquid damage.
I must emphasize that my device has not been exposed to any liquids, and the green line issue began after a recent software update. I have been a loyal Realme customer, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed. Additionally, I have learned that other customers with similar issues have received support, including vouchers and free screen replacements.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case. My device's version is RMX****_**_F.**. I respectfully urge you to provide a fair resolution to my issue.
I understand that you handle a large volume of cases, but I sincerely hope that my case can be treated as a special circumstance. I request your understanding and support in resolving this matter promptly.
